Storck workplace health promotion

The health of our employees is particularly important to us. That is why Storck invests in numerous health promotion offers at its various locations. These include regular back management and relaxation training, individual instruction by physiotherapists, and subsidised health and fitness offers.

Work-life balance at Storck

As a family business, Storck is of course committed to making it easier for our employees to combine work and family life. Flexible working time models allow us to take different needs into account. At our Halle (Westphalia) and Berlin location, there are even a family office with a play area for those times when child care arrangements don't work out as planned.

Leisure time activities for Storck employees

Personal interaction is the main lever for ensuring that a group of employees becomes a super team. We therefore encourage this interaction not just at work, but also through joint leisure time activities for our employees and their families. At each of our locations, we offer many activities in the areas of sport, art and music. For example, the grand "Tour de Storck" - our corporate cycling event – is a regular highlight enjoyed by staff members from all of our three locations in Germany. We are especially happy to also welcome cycling-enthusiastic colleagues from our international subsidiaries  to the event.
