Then you are the sort of person the Storck Human Resources department is looking for, as this is the department that offers support to more than 8,300 Storck employees – 850 of these are based in countries other than Germany – throughout their career.

The HR department basically has only one goal: to offer the best-possible support to all present and potential Storck employees, and the teams and managers, and the best-possible career prospects – so everyone enjoys making other people happy.

Every day, our three HR departments at all three German locations in Berlin, Halle (Westphalia) and Ohrdruf generate added value for Storck. They become involved with many different issues, initiate ideas and act as sparring partners. Our HR activities focus on an international approach, and we implement them in line with the local requirements at our various locations throughout the world.

Together, we create clear structures, efficient processes and effective HR tools. Targeted personnel development measures are very important to us.
